Seems like the Tower was up to it's old tricks dividing the family!
No wonder they were all messed up!
my ex was disfellowshipped and then he was going to go back to the religion, but he met me and fell in love... i kept trying to push him away because i knew that jw's were only to date jw's.
he insisted that we stayed together.
now 9 months later, i am pregnant and he decided he needed to go back and renew his faith.
Yes, the JW will pick his religion over his or her own child. They are encouraged to do so by the Society. When a parent would rather let a child die than accept a blood transfusion or another one that we see, the Society telling parents that the primary reason to fight for custody is to raise them a JW (should be because they love the child and it is their own flesh and blood).
God bless the children!!!
4th Wave
you know, the one that's only available by an official request to the boe in child custody cases.
anybody have a scan or link?.
Duane Magnani wrote a book in response to the "Preparing" booklet put out by the Society called, "Refutation of Preparing For Child Custody Cases". The book does a pretty good job at exposing the "Preparing" book.
is this a new child custody site?
or an old one!
haven't noticed it before.. http://www.jehovahswitnessesexperts.com/.
Hello all,
I have been very busy for the last few months and so I have not been spending as much time reading posts as I used to but I saw this thread and thought I might add a bit of clarification on www.jehovahswitnessesexperts.com
Please bear with me.
The "Profile" page was put together not only because Duane Magnani is an expert on Jehovah's Witnesses but is also an expert on what it takes to win child custody cases for those who find themselves fighting for their children against the Watchtower Society. He has been engaged in child custody work in behalf of the non-JW parent for over 20 years using a strategy that he developed which is highly successful in getting sole custody for the non-JW parent. It is my privilege to work with the best at rescuing kids and parents from the Society.
Expert Custody Consultants is not an organization like Witness Inc. Rather it specializes in strategizing custody cases for non-JW parents and their attorneys.
I work with Duane as a part of Expert Custody Consultants and we have been working to expand our services in the firm belief that kids deserve the opportunity to grow up free and not under the authoritarian control of the Society.
B.T.W. I have been with Witness Inc., working with Duane Magnani, since 1994 and have served on the board of Directors for several years now having also served as National Missions Director for a few years. I have spent the last year in ECC having just finish a huge case, working with Duane, resulting in winning sole custody with full restrictions preventing the JW parent from training the child in the beliefs and practices of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Duane and I are constantly reviewing our site for clarity and accuracy.
We hope this clarifies things and greatly appreciated your comments.
Thank's all,
Alan
Expert Custody Consultants
i picked up my kids from my ex (still jw) tonite.
she wanted to come and get them back off me on sunday morning so she could take the meeting and every sunday meeting.
of course i wasn't going to agree to that so she said that she wanted them every second weekend so they could go to the meeting.
I know the post has been up awhile but there is a copy of Preparing for child custody cases at www.witnessinc.com They also have the book "Refutation for Preparing for child custody cases". Iv'e read it, no fluff, just the facts. Oh, one last thing they are giving away a free DVD right now called Battling over the children.
Sorry for the lag!
